More than 24 hours before your appointment, there’s no charge at all. Inside 24 hours, the full session fee applies.

Cancellations and late arrivals.
We value your time and ours. We only take one client at a time, so these terms keep scheduling fair for everyone — including you.
Running late
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment. There’s a 5-minute grace period; after that your session may be shortened to finish at its original end time.
More than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancel with that much notice and you won’t incur any charges. Message us on WhatsApp (+61 424 196 449) or email nick@ragawellness.com — whichever reaches us first.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are charged the full session fee. The slot can rarely be filled at that notice, which is why the policy is what it is.
No-shows are also charged the full session fee.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations arise. If you believe your circumstances warrant an exception, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll talk it through.
5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. That gives us a moment to go through what hurts before hands go on, so none of your treatment time is spent on paperwork.
There’s a 5-minute grace period. If you arrive after that, your session may be shortened to conclude at its originally scheduled end time — so a late start means less treatment, not a later finish. This keeps the next client’s appointment from being pushed back.
