Men’s health

Manhood Therapy at Raga Wellness.

A combination of traditional Indonesian and Malaysian vitality massage with pelvic floor therapy. Private, clinical, and above all educational.

Why Nick does this work

Twelve years of asking a question nobody wanted to ask out loud.

Nick first moved into men’s health twelve years ago, researching traditional preventative and natural methods for stamina and vitality concerns. Out of that research he developed his own treatment method, and has since used it to help many men work through performance issues.

What he found along the way is that most men with performance issues aren’t broken — they simply have a misunderstanding of how their pelvic and genital anatomy actually functions. Most clients have the “aha” moment during the first session, and see results immediately.

Nick’s main goal is helping men become confident in themselves — and removing the stigma that stops them asking in the first place.

Raga Wellness

The session

Two parts, then homework.

Think of it less like a massage and more like personal training for the lower region — including the part where you leave knowing what to do next.

Part one

Work through the lower back, legs and the front of the legs, to increase blood flow and nerve activity into the pelvic area.

Part two

Stomach, pelvic floor and pelvic region — bringing blood flow directly to the area, and building strength and control in the pelvic floor muscles.

Then at home

You’re given exercises to keep the progress moving between sessions, so the session isn’t where the work stops.

Questions men actually ask

The things people message about first.

At least two are recommended. The second session onwards is about confirming that what you were taught in the first session is working, and building from there.

Nick performs all Manhood Therapy treatments personally. Sessions are one-to-one in a private treatment room, by appointment only.

Yes. Nick is happy to chat by WhatsApp after a session, both to make sure everything discussed was clear and so you can ask anything that comes up later.

It’s a health appointment and it’s treated as one. Message on WhatsApp, describe what’s going on in your own words, and Nick will tell you honestly whether this therapy is the right fit for you before you commit to anything.

Pricing depends on the length and structure of the session, so it’s discussed when you enquire. Prices for all other treatments are listed openly on the price list.

Discreet by default

Ask the question. Nothing is committed to.

Message Nick directly on WhatsApp. He’ll tell you plainly whether this is the right therapy for what you’re describing.

This is a complementary therapy, not a medical diagnosis. If you have an undiagnosed or worsening condition, please also speak with your GP.
